Public Debate: From Ideas to Policy – Youth Employment, Financial Literacy and Innovation

More than 55 participants gathered in Sarajevo for the public debate “Youth Employment, Financial Literacy, and Entrepreneurship: From Awareness to Concrete Policy Measures”, bringing together representatives of institutions, academia, CSO, youth structures and young people.

The debate focused on key challenges faced by young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the areas of employment, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, with a strong emphasis on translating ideas into actionable policy recommendations. Through a moderated panel discussion and interactive exchange, participants discussed existing gaps in youth-related policies and explored concrete measures to improve institutional support and structured dialogue with young people.

The activity was implemented within the RYDE – Regional Youth Dialogue for Europe project, funded by the European Union, and aimed to contribute to more inclusive, evidence-based and youth-responsive public policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
